We've got your back. Here's everything you need to know about warranties and returns for your Pouchy aluminium pot.

🛡️ 1-Year Warranty

All Pouchy aluminium pots come with a 1-year warranty from the day you get it. We cover things like:

• Material degradation (serious corrosion or breakdown)
• Manufacturing defects (like faulty parts or craftsmanship)

If something's gone wrong and it's on us, we'll repair it, replace it, or sort you out with a refund — whichever makes the most sense.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage (drops, knocks, or chemical spills)
• Everyday wear and tear (light marks, scratches)
• Any mods or tweaks you make on your own

Need to make a claim?

Just shoot us an email at pouch3y@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A few photos of the issue
• A quick description of what happened

We'll get back to you within 3–5 business days.

🔄 Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. You've got 30 days from delivery to return your pot.

Here's what we need:

• The pot is unused and in its original packaging
• You cover the return shipping (unless we messed up)

How to return:

1. Email us at pouch3y@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you the return address and next steps
3. Once it's back with us and checked, we'll refund you within 5–10 business days
